Top story on the bbc news wedsite . The hobbit pub has been threadten with leagal action by US movie lawyers. The hobbit pub has been tading under the name for over 20 years . All the students from the local uni have been going there night after night . Changing the name and rebranding would cost thousands which the pub can't aford. The pub has launched a facebook page called " save the hobbit " so all the locals can get behind them .

Ghost story

Its the dead of night . All i can hear is the ticking of the clock . Everythings still . I am all alone . Its pitch black , No one around no one to talk to . I walk along the corridors , Everyones sleeping . Then suddernly i heard a nosie coming from the basement , i forze to a stop . Shaking with fear i slowly creeped forward down the stairs taking one step at a time . Then i got to the bottom of the strairs . I saw in to shadows a silawet  of a young boy, but he looked a little different then most young boys i had since before. He was sort of ghost like . He saw me and disapeared . I looked all round the basement but he was know were to be found . So i return back upstairs , and went back to my room . A little puzzled i was to find a ghost in the basement . I got into bed and went to sleep . But thoughtout the night all i could think of was the boy . I tossed and turned of hours but in no time it was morning .
At breakfast i told all my friends what i had saw that night . " guys listen last night i got up to get a glass of water and heard a nosie coming from the basement, so i went to cheak it out and it was a ghost of a little boy ," I said.
" No way,  "said Anna.
"I dont belive you," said Geroge.
"If you dont belive me then tonight after dark we will go down to the basement and i will show you, " I said.
